CentrView respects the privacy of its customers and users.
This Privacy Policy explains how CentrView Inc., operating as CentrView (“CentrView,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when individuals access or use the CentrView website, software platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information handled by CentrView in connection with the Services.
1. Our Role
CentrView provides a business software platform used by organizations and their Authorized Users.
Depending on the circumstances, CentrView may process personal information for its own business purposes, such as account administration, billing, security, and customer support.
CentrView may also process information submitted to a Customer workspace on behalf of the organization controlling that workspace.
Where an organization uses CentrView to manage information relating to its employees, contractors, customers, or other individuals, that organization is responsible for determining whether it has the appropriate authority, notices, and consents to provide that information to CentrView.

4. Artificial Intelligence Features
CentrView may provide artificial intelligence-assisted features that help users generate summaries, observations, analyses, recommendations, or other outputs.
When a user requests an AI Feature, information relevant to that request may be processed by CentrView and by technology providers involved in delivering the functionality.
Users should not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information to AI Features.
AI technologies and providers may change as CentrView develops. CentrView will not make representations regarding a provider’s use of information, including model training, unless those representations are supported by the applicable technical configuration and contractual arrangements.

6. Workspace Access and Customer-Controlled Information
Information entered into a CentrView workspace may be accessible to Authorized Users of that workspace according to the roles and permissions configured for them.
Workspace administrators may manage membership, access, and permissions.
If you use CentrView through an organization, that organization may control the workspace and information contained within it.
The organization may retain control over business information submitted to its workspace even after an individual user’s access to that workspace ends.
Questions regarding information controlled by a Customer organization may need to be directed to that organization.
7. Business Transactions
If CentrView or CentrView Inc. is involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as reasonably necessary in connection with that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
8. International Processing
CentrView may use service providers that operate in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions.
As a result, personal information may be processed or stored outside the province or country in which a user is located.
Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement authorities, regulators, or government agencies where permitted by applicable law.
Where appropriate, CentrView uses contractual, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect information handled by service providers.
9. Data Retention
CentrView retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide and administer the Services, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.
Expiration, cancellation, or termination of a Subscription does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of Customer Data.
Information may also remain temporarily in backups or other systems as part of normal operational, security, legal, or disaster-recovery processes.
When information is no longer reasonably required, CentrView may delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
10. Security
CentrView uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of information processed through the Services.
These safeguards are intended to protect information against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and CentrView cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and appropriately managing access to their accounts and workspaces.
If you believe your CentrView account has been compromised, contact info@centrview.com.

- Subscription status;
- service changes;
- technical support; and
- legal or policy notices.
These operational communications are separate from optional marketing communications.
Where required by applicable law, CentrView will obtain appropriate consent before sending commercial electronic marketing communications.
Marketing communications sent by CentrView will provide an appropriate method to unsubscribe where required.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily prevent CentrView from sending essential operational or transactional communications concerning an account or Subscription.

Requests may be submitted to:
- info@centrview.com
CentrView may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the person making a request before providing access to or changing personal information.
Certain information may not be available for access where an exception under applicable law applies.
Where CentrView processes personal information solely on behalf of a Customer organization, we may direct the individual to the organization responsible for the applicable workspace.
14. Withdrawal of Consent
Where CentrView relies on consent to collect, use, or disclose personal information, an individual may withdraw that consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
Withdrawal of consent may affect CentrView’s ability to provide certain Services where the applicable information is necessary to provide those Services.
15. Privacy Questions and Complaints
Individuals may contact CentrView with questions, concerns, or complaints regarding our handling of personal information.
CentrView will review privacy concerns and take reasonable steps to respond appropriately.
